Saturday 25 June, 2005:Susanne Bier’s powerful family drama, Brothers (Denmark) has been voted Best Feature - World Cinema in the inaugural Urban Cinefile Audience Awards, presented by the Editors of Urban Cinefile, Andrew L. Urban and Louise Keller, at tonight’s Sydney Film Festival closing ceremony.

Lynden Barber's first Sydney Film Festival wins audiences and rave reviews
Saturday 25 June, 2005: Lynden Barber’s first year as Artistic Director of the Sydney Film Festival (SFF) has resulted in increased audiences for a program that delivered on his promise to “please everyone from hard-core cineastes to short filmmakers, music and sports fans – indeed any Sydneysider or visitor out for a stimulating time”.
